Shall We Dance Poppies is one of the larger poppy floral-scapes in Flower Mound Studio, and is filling my work space with movement and light on this sunny fall afternoon. Since we had the solar tubes installed, I love watching the natural light in my studio change the temperature of the colors on my paintings, depending on what time of day it is. It's still a bit freaky, though, when a plane flies over the house and you see the shadow zip across the floor... I'm sure as soon as Howard notices that, there will be much barking and chasing ensuing. Planes flying across his airspace are one of his puggy pet peeves...
