We're having a little celebration in Flower Mound Studio this week, after learning this morning that my painting, Crepe Paper Poppies, placed first in the people's choice votes for the September 2012 Fine Art Studio BoldBrush Painting competition. Thank you so much to everyone who voted for my painting, I always cringe just a little when I ask someone to "vote for me!" so I don't enter the contest very often. I promise. And yes, I have a LOT of donuts to put in the mail tomorrow!
