Valentine's Day is just around the corner and the first thing you think of for that special day is to give the special someone in your life  a gift of love.  Roses are one of the items that represent Love.

Why not give Roses that never die or fade just as your love shows.

The garden is full of lovely flowers and cannot help but to pick them and bring them into the studio as models.  There is nothing better than getting to paint from nature.  All the colors that are provided by God are a feast for the eyes.  Also while painting these lovely gifts the smells in the studio where so wonderful.

Spring is here and the garden bunnies are coming out to see what is available.  The Dutch Art Gallery in Dallas has asked it's artist to paint some whimsical animal paintings.  This is the first of the series for me.  Of course I had to add some pansies for them to eat.  They seem to eat all my pansies.
