How romantic and dreamy this vase was to paint.  By adding the roses to the color zone it gave me a sense of calm beauty.  Layering loads of color and texture to the blue china vase added depth, So it's personality could appear. With the main rose in attendance to give balance to the colors all are happy and relaxed in this painting.
