Ranunculus and Blue Delphiniums was my class demonstration this morning in San Diego, California, and I cannot imagine very many cities in the US that would have fresh ranunculus in November in the local flower market other than San Diego, can you? It might have something to do with how close we were to the
Carlsbad, CA, Flower Fields..!. Tomorrow we have three large buckets of fresh flowers to choose from, and the last day of my first California workshop will conclude with dinner out on Coronado Island. Tonight we had dinner in an Irish pub downtown around a big fire pit, after a walking tour of some of my favorite Coronado flower cottage gardens. I'll share some photos over the next few days of our big adventures, so stay tuned to
my art bloggy. Have I mentioned lately how much I love my job?
Fresh ranunculus in November ~ priceless!
What a thrill to teach in a talented group of artists in Southern California!
