Kiss Me Rose was one of my small demos for my workshop at the Jaycee Parks Center for the Arts in Irving, Texas this week. Gals and guys from Florida, California, Louisiana, Illinois and Texas spent three days painting hydrangeas, sunflowers, daisies and roses, eating donuts and chocolate cookies, and sharing recommendations for all the best places to find cool art supplies I did not yet know I needed (and now I do...). You know it's been an eventful workshop when you finish the day with green and purple paint on your face.

I was very fortunate to have a whole class full of talented students, and here is a peek at some of the works they created on my art blog. There was no shortage of yummy color! My next workshop at the Jaycee Parks Center is November 16, 17 and 18, and is filling up fast so don't delay - let's make some color happen together in 2012!
