"City of Angels" origingal transparent watercolor by Texas artist Linda Bein

"City of Angels"
I used Winsor Newton transparent water color on #140 arches cold press paper.  This was created by placing plastic wrap on a wet wash on the paper.  After it dried I put darks in and saw a city behind a park. The buildings rise above the trees hence the name, "City of Angels"
