Contemporary Floral Still Life
Thick paint applied with a new wide brush made this painting so much fun to paint. Up until the last few strokes, the vase was square in shape, but with the background window pains, I though it was all too angular. So I changed it up. The 14" x 14" canvas size is a nice medium size---you wouldn't think that there is much difference between a 12" x 12" and this size...but there is a huge difference.
