Day #5 in the 30 Paintings/30 Days Challenge
I painted all day yesterday---so much that my feet and knees hurt this morning. I hope to finish and post the painting I am currently working on for tomorrow. This painting was inspired after seeing a photograph that fellow artist and friend, Mark Malone took. He had blown the image up and it was so neat! I used one size palette knife on this canvas....the paint is built-up, giving it texture. I had to stop a few times to let the paint dry, then go back into the paint layers of color.
