I worked on this little painting yesterday in the studio...I have painted this mid-western piggy several times....this one was on a small canvas.  He is walking through the grass, looking around. I remember the day that I took the pic of this guy on an Amish farm in Illinois, several years ago.  The oils are thick and juicy, with brush strokes and texture. Psycho Pig

7.5x11 mixed media on Arches 140 lb cold press paper, drawn and painted yesterday.  Media used over a failed watercolor background are Derwent Inktense pencils, Caran D'Ache watersoluble wax crayons, black India ink, and Pigma Micron 01 ink to draw.
A fun pig and a little crazy, hence the title of this surreal sow.
