First Dance by Judy Mackey

"First Dance"

9" x  12" x 1.5", Oil on Canvas

Alright, so I'd posted a couple of steamy hot tango dancers legs - how about a sweet one that you might reminisce your first dance on your father's feet?  I know I did it long ago, and I'm sure a lot of little girls did...

Feet on Beach - Commissioned Oil Painting by Judy Mackey

"Feet on Beach"

6" x 6", Oil on Board
SOLD

A client saw one of my little feet painting at the Dutch Art Gallery and wanted to have a special one painted just for him.  This is one of them...his feet on the beach.

Fun, fun, fun to paint...but hey, what a quaint idea  for marketing vacation paintings of feet.  I hope others would like to have their feet painted at the beach, or some famed landmark?

Darn It's A Snow Day and I'm Alone - Palette Knife Painting by Judy Mackey

"Darn It's a Snow Day and I'm Alone"

6" x  6", Oil on Board

So, last week we had 100 hours of below freezing temperatures here in North Texas!  So it started with a pair of feet sticking out of the bed sort of painting and when they started to announce school, businesses, and office closings, this little idea popped into my head....what if you had found yourself stuck in you house but didn't have anyone over that would have shared the snuggly moments in the morning, you'd be saying "Darn!"
