We were blessed to spend some time in the mountains this summer. It was a nice break from the warm summer temperatures.  We rented a cabin that was 7 miles down a dirt road. It was isolated with a fabulous view.  I painted this from the front deck on a cool morning.

This is a 52 chevy truck left on the banks of Lake Granbury. This was a commissioned piece and a delight to create.  She originally wanted a print and I suggested an original instead. Her friend, caught wind of her desire and offered to purchase as a house warming gift. It is now on display in her new home.  Happy, Happy.
