We have all enjoyed the holidays and we are now thinking I have to get back to the easel.  After being away from painting it is time to get the brain engaged again.  Well put the timer on for 30 minutes and see what you create.  Don't think too much just try getting those brushes flying again.

Anytime I am stuck this is a little something that is used to get myself going again.

This summer goal for me is to do more out door paintings.  Yesterday I drove To Bixby and saw this red barn and thought what a great practice,  The clouds and layering of the landscape putting things on different planes.  Most of all what great fun.
