Just Sold! I painted this noble oak on location near our house by White Rock Lake at Winfrey Point. I loved its massive size and its beautiful, twisted trunk and bark. Painting near the base of the tree so that you could get a sense of its canopy surrounding you, I set out to capture its strength and glory. A sliver of the lake peeks through in the distance and I hope you are transported to this pictureque peaceful sopt, immersed by the beauty of nature.
