I have a Jersey cow named Abbey, but she is black. THIS cow is how most people envision a Jersey - a cream color with a dish face and tiny horns. My 2nd cow, Sophie, is a Jersey, too, but she is a "mulberry" color - with dark legs and a deep, reddish brown body. I have learned that the color of a cow does NOT affect the milk - it's ALL GOOD!
