Anniversary Daisies is a new painting created as a demonstration during my workshop in Fredericksburg, Texas, last weekend. I promised to share with you a secret I learned about pansies recently. Trisha, one of the talented gals at Art and Frames by Wood Gallery shared this story with me during my show there a few weeks ago. Her grandmother showed her this, and I had never heard it before.
