Party Dresss by Sheri Jones

I painted this in Marble Falls during the Paint the Town event.  It was raining and I found a great spot under an awning to paint.  It was in front of Smartie Pants dress shop.  These colorful dresses caught my eye earlier.  It turned into a good place to set up and paint.
