The blue heron seems to follow me everywhere. A favorite of mine from growing up in south Louisiana, I found this bird hanging out when I lived in Chicago and when I visited Italy. Our marina at the Bay of Corpus Christi is a favorite place of mine. Often, we will find herons or pelican waiting for the catch for the day. For more daily paintings, see my "Tiny Tidbits" blog.
