Canyon Rocks by Debbie Cannatella

Canyon Rocks

This daily painting is of the fabulous rocks along the Colorado River when I took a slow-float rafting trip in October when visiting Page, Arizona. I was fascinated with the layers of pigment and stains along the rocks. It was such an awe-inspiring and peaceful three hours in the belly of that Glen Canyon.
