Bluebonnet Patchwork is a new painting drying in Flower Mound Studio today, while a larger commission is under way on the work easel. The pansy painting in on my blog today is being created for a Fort Worth family who saw my award-winning painting, Pansy Panorama, at the Dallas Arboretum Garden Gallery Show last month. Since the Panorama painting had sold during the show, I'm creating a custom painting for them in a different format to fit their space.

I'm enjoying these new pansies, I may have to paint one of these to actually KEEP for myself!
