I painted Celebration Sunflowers in a bit of a jubilant mood after learning that I am one of the finalists in the voting for favorites in the Bold Brush Painting Competition for June. It's quite an honor to find myself in the top row of the contest, along with some amazing artists like Gladys Roldan-de-Moras and Daniel Keyes!
