The Roadrunner (Geococcyx Californianus)

The roadrunner is one of my favorite subjects, whether this realistic graphite drawing, or one of my more colorful abstract realism versions.  This 9x12 original is presented in 11x14 museum quality white with black core mat.  My regular price of this size graphite drawing is $100, but make me an offer starting at $50 and I'll consider it.  Sales tax and shipping will apply where necessary.

It's only a little over 3 months away, but let me invite you to my solo exhibition at the Kemp Center for the Arts NorthLight Gallery at 1300 Lamar in Wichita Falls.  Reception will be Thursday evening, August 12 and the show will run through Sept. 23.

The Old Truck

Recently, I have been working on a few graphite (pencil) drawings just to prepare myself for some more detailed painting on down the road.  While driving around Montague, Texas, looking for some interesting subject matter, I spotted this old rusted out truck that I thought would be a challenge for me.  This original is 9x12 on Bristol Vellum paper.  It is SOLD.  Give me a shout if you would be interested in a graphite drawing of something of this nature, perhaps an old car, truck, or the old home place.  The completed original will come with an off-white black core mat for a museum quality presentation.
