A cold front blew through North Texas this morning, with temps dropping down into the low 90s for the first time in weeks. Perfect timing for the Summer Nights Festival in downtown Grapevine, Texas, this evening, where I'll be under the spotlight for a Meet the Artist event at Stems Gallery on Main Street from 7 to 9 pm.
Area artists will be scattered up and down the thoroughfares painting in front of businesses all along Main Street, and art exhibits and booths will be on display near the Gazebo. I'll be the wimpy artist who is holding her event indoors in the air conditioning. Drop by for a glass of wine and some cheese and crackers. I would love to see you there!
