Contemporary Abstract
Soft, muted colors make this abstract a very calm and quiet painting. I was experimenting with some new color combos on this one. Actually, I painted over a landscape painting that I really didn't think was very good. So there are some colors from the underpainting that peak through. I like the cool greens, greys and grey-lavenders. The touches of pink give it a little punch. This painting is ready to hang---framing is optional because the sides are painted a warm grey.
