Contemporary Floral Landscape Painting
Day #9 of the 30 Paintings/30 Days Challenge
I started this landscape months ago, got frustrated, and then finished it this week. I started with a photograph from one of our summers in Michigan, and took my artistic license and winged it. I wanted soothing clouds and sky, evergreens and spruce trees in the background, and patches of floral color. It is now drying in the studio, and I have a neat frame to put on it.
