This is the first painting of the New Year.  Well to be honest I started in 2011 and finished in 2012.  This painting is done for a gallery painting.  The Chinese vase was the inspiration for this painting and after finishing my hubby looked at the overall painting and called in Blossoms after all his trips to Asia.  He never names my work so in honor of him it will have it's name.  May you blossom out in whatever you decide to do in 2012 and May you find your easel friendly.
