Sun Kissed Daisies is a small study for the 40 inch still life taking shape in the studio this week. This was a busy weekend, with a quick trip to the Hill Country to drop off nine new paintings at The Good Art Company Gallery, a drive back the same day (with AnnieBee along for the ride, of course!), and packing and shipping paintings heading to California, Alabama, South Texas and Connecticut. I'll be curious on Monday to see if UPS will actually get these items delivered before Christmas, since their rates are higher for the holidays! The UPS truck came through our neighborhood the other evening with a U-Haul trailer in tow. Kind of like the modern version of Santa Claus and his sleigh...
