This was inspired from a photo I took in the Fredricksburg area one spring afternoon. This was a field of wild poppies and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It was such a treat to find this natural garden in the middle of the country. I created this with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint. This painting is available for purchase. $125.00

This is my first posting to this site and I am excited to be a part of this group. I have been painting for 25 years and continue to paint daily. My goal is to grow thru brush mileage. Painting daily is the best lesson and a true passion for me.
