Dime Store Magic Sunflower is a new work, drying on the easel in Flower Mound Studio. The flowers that inspired Dime Store Magic are pictured for you on my art blog. I spotted them at a local grocer, wrapped in clear cellophane and loved how the light hit the flowers, and whipped out my IPhone and got a picture to paint from later.
