Fredericksburg Pansies is drying on the easel this afternoon. It's been a whirlwind day in Flower Mound Studio, with two new works finished, two crepe myrtle trees planted, and the requisite playtime with the assistants sprinkled liberally in between. I think I will wash the brushes early today and take a break. After all, there is a big glass of iced tea with mint calling my name and maybe even a bowl of Dutch chocolate Blue Belle ice cream...!
