Sunshine - Painting of a Sunflower - Judy Mackey

Why is it that when you drop a buttered slice of bread it always lands buttered side down? When Ihad just taken the last photo of this painting and was ready to take off of the easel - of course in my impatience, the painting is fresh and wet - it drops! Plop! Face down. Gingerly I pick it up. Fortunately I had laid a sheet of disposable palette paper under the painting when I set it up to photograph, so not too much paint "stuck" and the painting was not ruined. My, my! I was lucky - this time.
