Daisy Finds the Mud Hole

Back in April, I participated in the Art Attack at Lavender Ridge Farms show east of Gainesville. It had rained pretty good the day before leaving a couple of large mud holes on the show grounds and making my participation a little uncertain. However, I went on to the show and, while there, met a very friendly and pretty white dog named Daisy. At the end of the day, after I was all packed up and on my way out, I spotted Daisy in the middle of this mud hole playing with a stick. To my amazement, I had my camera within arm's reach and managed to capture this moment in time. Today I turned it into this little painting that I hope you enjoy.

This 6" x 8" original oil on canvas panel is available to the best offer starting at $100 + sales tax.
